Dingbat's Brass Limpets

For Dingbat for steampunk purposes.

0.35mm brass sheet, hammers, Brass Black patina.

Process - first, a Polymorph master with paper tape for antistick:

Pressed into another blob of Polymorph to make a matching female:

With a flange to screw the sheet to:

Sink it most of the way with hammers:

And tidy up the shape with the master:

After that, hold the master in the vice, and use it as a stake to texture the brass on.

That master proved too pointy, so I remade it with a shallower angle for the final product.
